CEO/President: Tim Langmeier, founder of The SEO Agency, is responsible for The SEO Agency's strategic direction, growth and corporate vision. While running the overall management of The SEO Agency’s operation, Tim also closely works to develop the iRecon Search Intelligence and Advanced Link Building Services. Having worked for both iCrossing and SEOinc, Tim has worked for two of the top three SEO companies in the Search Marketing Industry and has gained a high level of experience formulating SEO campaigns as a Senior Search Strategist.

Tim started in the Digital Marketing Industry in 1994 selling websites to companies that were seeing the web for the very first time. Tim’s primary interest is in Natural Search Optimization and for the past 5 years he has been active in this growing industry. As a former Army Ranger, Tim brings a focused intensity that drives The SEO Agency far ahead of the simple solutions. He ensures we uphold a code of conduct that demands extraordinary performance and a self-sacrificing attitude in helping our clients achieve success.
Vice President, John Henderson manages The SEO Agency’s Business Operations and brings more than a decade of experience with innovative Internet technology and Digital Media Companies to The SEO Agency. John leads our agency with Discipline and is vital to our operational growth. John also brings savvy programming expertise in building diverse web applications while understanding the complexities of Natural Search Engine Optimization. Mr. Henderson has extensive experience in developing companies and driving them to growth and profitability. Last year, Henderson's companies achieved more than 50 million in sales. His financial and operational strengths will help to lead The SEO Agency's growth efforts far into the future. Director of Global Markets: Carter Matzinger, Manages The SEO Agency’s International Search Services for clients Locally and Globally. Having a Global Marketing Background, Carter brings the diversity to The SEO Agency that allows us to continue assist companies with Global Brand Insertion and SEO Strategies that increases our International reach and influence in Emerging International Markets. Carter also has developed our Mobile Search Solutions and has experience working with large clients managing multiple Digital Marketing Initiatives. Carter is striving to assist clients with the complexities of International Business Via Paid Search and Natural Search. Director of PPC Marketing: Jason Green has been involved with Paid Search for the past 4 years working with aggressive clients in the Health, Clothing, Retail, and the Travel industry. For clients that run their own search campaigns Jason can provide quick insights to optimize your Ad words and PPC campaigns with precision. He helps simplify your mission and move your team into right direction to get the best ROI possible in traditional and New Digital Markets.
